- Free Registration :
- Students under 35 years (you will need to upload your student status confirmation).
- Standard Registration HBPSurG 2024 :
- HBPSurG Standard fees = 250€
- HBPSurG Reduced fees = 200€ for members of any of the societies listed below.
- Link will be sent by email to benefit reduced rate at faculty hotel, limited places first arrived first served !
- Standard Registration ERAS Symposium :
- ERAS symposium Standard fees = 150€
- ERAS symposium Reduced fees = 100€ for ERAS society members
- Reduced fees registration deadline August 31th
2/ Registration & Abstract Submission :
- For accepted abstract the presenting author must register.
- Accepted abstract will be removed if the presenting author did not formally register at notification of acceptance.
3/ Cancelation Policy :
- Refund is possible until October 1st, 2024, administrative charge of 20€ will be applied.
